I chose this hotel for attending a congress and it provided excellent conference facilities and meeting rooms. The bars and restaurants were great for networking and the internet access was reliable. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copy services.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were fantastic. The tours were well-organized and the guides were knowledgeable and multilingual. The food was incredible, with a variety of options available throughout the day. The WiFi worked perfectly, and there was even a nurse on board for any medical needs. The rooms and balconies were comfortable and mosquito-free.

The rooms were small and humid, with no windows that could be opened due to the presence of mosquitoes. The air conditioning was broken in some rooms.

We had a fantastic 7-night trip on the Iberostar cruise in the Amazon. Our knowledgeable guide, Conrado "Connie," made the experience excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The high-speed boat excursions were spectacular and educational, and the buffet-style meals offered plenty of delicious options. We met fabulous fellow travelers from all corners of the globe. We would highly recommend this cruise for a comfortable and unique Amazon experience.
